The flu jab is the best way to protect yourself and others from flu. It's free on the NHS if you:
over 65
are pregnant
have a long-term health condition, such as diabetes, asthma or heart disease
have a weakened immune system
are a carer for someone who depends on you
live with someone who has a weakened immune system
are a frontline health or social care worker
